Wayne Community Housing Development Corporation

The Wayne Community Housing Development Corporation works in improving the community of Wayne and surrounding areas through affordable housing development. The corporation serves Wayne, Cuming, Thurston, Burt, Dodge, and Washington counties.

WCHDC’s main program is the Home Purchase/Rehab/Resell Program.  It utilizes HOME funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide down payment assistance to thos who meet income eligibility requirements that wish to buy a single-family residence.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
