Northern Ponca Housing

Northern Ponca Housing helps Native Americans find housing, whether it is low income housing or helping find home ownership funds.  They assure service that is considerate to cultural diversity and in a manner that produces quality products and services.  All services are free.

The goal of the Northern Ponca Housing Authority is to provide safe, sanitary, and affordable housing for the Ponca people, as well as other Native Americans.

Services available at NPH include programs, work in maintenance, home buyer counseling, day to day rental issues, resident counseling, and public relations.

Applications for assistance are available on the website as well as in the office.  Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30pm.
