Norfolk Housing Agency

The Norfolk Housing Agency provides rental assistance to low income families, they elderly, and the disabled. They own renting units and manages rent to own homes. The program is based on income guidelines and household size. 

The program works on a first come first serve basis so it is very important to pick up and complete an application as soon as possible.  The process will then start and the applicant’s name will then be put on a waiting list. 

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm (except holidays).
