Norfolk Family YMCA

The Norfolk YMCA consists of an indoor swimming pool, two racquetball courts, an exercise center, a preschool room, babysitting room, group cycling room, program room, aerobics, two locker rooms, two fitness center locker rooms, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, athletic fields for soccer and baseball, an outdoor playground, sand volleyball, and an indoor running track. 

For members they offer free aquatic and land classes, discounts, year-round tennis, Y-Kids club, laser tag, sports camps, swimming lessons, weight management programs, senior programs, triatholons, and several other programs. 

Daily fees for nonmembers age 18 and older are $10.00, for ages 6 throuhg 17 its $5.00, for youth ages 5 and under with a paid adult it is free. A general usage family pass is $15.00.

BUILDING HOURS:

*Fall/Winter Hours (September-May):*

Monday-Thursday: 5 a.m.-10 p.m.

Friday: 5 a.m.-9 p.m.

Saturday: 7 a.m.-9 p.m.

Sunday: 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

*Summer Hours (June-August):*

Monday-Thursday: 5 a.m.-10 p.m.

Friday: 5 a.m.-8 p.m.

Saturday: 7 a.m.-6 p.m.

Sunday: 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
