Madison County Attorney’s VIctim/Witness Assistance Program

The Madison County Attorney’s Victim/Witness Assistance Program helps the public by providing information on investigation status, charges filed, court dates, and assistance with protection orders.  They assist with ensuring that victims know their rights by the Nebraska Constitution, and they ensure that their voice is heard.
