Legal Aid of Nebraska
Legal Aid of Nebraska provides free civil legal services to low income individuals in Nebraska.
Their attorneys work in federal courts, state district courts, tribal courts, and state and federal administrative tribunals. They also assist parents of disabled children by accompanying them at Individualized Education Plan meetings. They assist those who have lost everything, along with helping refugees and new Americans with legal needs.
Legal Aid also has specialized programs: Domestic Violence, AccessLine and Elder AccessLine, Migrant Farm Worker, Private Attorney Involvement, Pro-Se Clinics, Juvenial Court, Farm and Ranch, Rural Response Hotline, Low-Income Taxpayer Clinics, Elder Law, Native American, and Access to Justice for the Homeless.
