Jacobsen Therapy Services

Jacobsen Therapy Services provides occupational therapy and physical therapy services to patients.  They also offer infant geriatric services and specialize in hand therapy splint fabrication. 

Jacobsen Therapy Services accepts private/group health insurance, Medicare and Medicaid, auto insurance, worker’s compensation, and they offer affordable payment options. 

Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00am-6:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm.  Saturdays are available as needed.
