Heartland Counseling Services

Heartland Counseling Services serves the counties of Burt, Thurston, Wayne, Dixon, and Dakota counties in the South Sioux City and Wayne office.  They serve Rock, Cherry, Holt, Keya Paha, Brown, and Boyd counties through their O’Neill and Ainsworth offices.

Heartland Counseling provides mental health therapy, substance abuse therapy, drug/alcohol evaluations, community support for mental health and substance abuse, anger management, and DUI classes.  In South Sioux and O’Neill they provide psychiatric services along with psychological services and day rehabilitation.  Intensive outpatient treatment for adults and adolescents is also available through their South Sioux office.

Payments can be made through private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, self-pay and a sliding fee scale (based on clinical and financial criteria)

Offices are located in South Sioux City, Wayne, O’Neill, and Ainsworth.
