Good Neighbors of Norfolk

Good Neighbors helps people with rental assistance and utility assistance.  Although this is the main form of help, Good Neighbors is flexible to help with individualized needs as well.

Appointments are not required at Good Neighbors, walk-ins are very welcome.  Please have your picture ID and social security card ready to quicken the process.
