Oasis will be participating at Project Homeless Connect on Friday, October 8th from 10am to 3pm at Our Savior Lutheran Church (2420 W. Omaha Ave., Norfolk). Project Homeless Connect is a one-day, one-stop event where individuals in need can access a wide variety of services all under one roof for FREE.
